The roofer is starting here tomorrow Nellie and the weather is looking good . . .
He is going to re-bed my hip and ridge thingies, and anything else that looks like it might be coming apart. He has basically said that will prevent any further issues until I kick the bucket. He's not as young and hunky as the firefighter, but in the more respectable toy boy category.
Glad I'm not alone, afraid I thought it was rubbish.
I only watched the last episode so not to disappoint you Liv.
As part of what would have been a team effort, police, social services etc, how could she have been unaware that the culprits mother had died, and then there was the father appearing not to be worried about his daughter.... Finally, as she was having a ciggy at every possible opportunity, there is no way she would not have noticed her lighter was missing after interviewing the culprit. Grrrr!

Yes, there were holes in the plot I agree, but I still enjoyed the drama. I felt at the onset of the case the forensic psychiatrist failed miserably. She was too engrossed in her own grief & guilt to be on the ball and that, to me, accounted for a lot. (I lose my lighters all the time Frazz . I reckon there is a lighter stealing elf in this house)
She definitely shouldn't have been working. I'm going to assume she must have been self-employed, otherwise her employers were not doing their job either lol!
We've had two family members who were supposedly under the wing of social services and psychiatric care and in both cases they were let down, there was no safety net.
