I tried to order an item this afternoon and was actually watching the show live as I was waiting for a delivery. I was not able to select size and colour on the website and yet the presenter was saying the item was still available. Went onto the app and was able to buy the size and colour I wanted. That is just not good enough!When are they going to sort the website out?
I've come across that a few times, Maisie. Sizes and colours that on screen seem to be available but are crossed out on the website! So they lost a potential sale in some Eek pieces.
