It's been perfect gardening weather today it's a shame mine's still too wet to be walking on the grass or flower beds so I've spent the last three hours tidying up the patio, pruning the raised beds and raking the gravel drive, it's amazing what a difference it makes.
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
I love this time of the year, the days are starting to lengthen, the crocus' and snowdrops are a lovely splash of colour, the daffs aren't far behind, the garden is coming back to life and spring is on it's way!

Been a lovely spring like day, I had a stroll out early and a quick wander round the garden. Hmmm...parts of the lawn feel like a bog! Hope you haven't overdone the gardening ladies, don't want aching backs tomorrow.
In a week or three I will be complaining of allotment arse. My back never causes me a problem but the backs of my thighs kill me until I get used to all the bending and weeding again. Some days I can struggle to go from standing to sitting and vice versa lol
Lawns resemble swamps here and I'm a rubbish gardener no matter how hard I try. I blame it on the inclement weather conditions up here. Spring has definitely arrived though, there's plenty of froggy activity in the pond. I counted eight little heads poking out this morning and they're doing acrobatics.
