Clean cilantro, remove the leaves and add them to the lime juice, wine, olive oil and crushed garlic to form the marinade. Pour the marinade over the turkey, cover tightly and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight. Season the turkey with salt and pepper and grill 6 inches above medium hot coals for 8 minutes each side. Brush with marinade several times for a golden color. Serve with fresh lime for added flavor.
