Have to say the Sparks card is a tad wasted on me. I never think to check my offers and for some reason I don't get emails notifying me of offers.
I do relatively well with my Nectar points. They changed it last year and I'm actually able to tell how well it works year on year as I save my points towards Christmas. Last year I got about £120. The year before I got about £140. This year so far I'm already on £60 and given I would buy my shopping from Sains regardless then its a bonus to my mind.
Boots points are good. I had loads last year as they now do points on Boots opticians and I had to replace my IPL device this year as mine went phut. I bought a newer, more expensive one in Boots and it just happened to be triple points day. I think the guy said I got £45 in points on that one transaction.
I rarely use my Boots card these days. At C.h.r.i.s.t.m.a.s I have a splurge, but that's about it as the nearest store is quite a distance away from me. You get four points for every £1 spent in Boots & each point is worth a penny to spend in the store. Tesco has called an end to their Clubcard boost, which is no big deal here as Lidl has won my affections for the last few years Stores are looking to pull you in & they feel they can better do that by cutting their shelf prices rather than rely on loyalty & point rewards. New methods - a bit like the death of Green Shield stamps I suppose. Not that I remember them, but I'm aware they existed. I bet the older older ones on here will recall cigarette vouchers est4

Sparks is the only one that I get anything out of- and used to do from the M&S mastercard. It's been stuff like reduced price on half a dozen eggs but it's better than a poke in the eye and they are giving money to a charity of my choice without me having to give my name to said charity. The Tesco card is in Mr FP's name but we do split it between us when there are cash vouchers , my nectar card never bothered with,HOF points can't use on tinternet and I haven't managed a trip into M/C for over a year for obvious reasons, Debenhams although I can get there have been too tired by the time I have got the food shop to use my vouchers. The worst case of not being worth it is the airmiles Mr FP had which would disappear if he hadn't used them- I obviously can't travel at the moment and the offers in the mag were dreadful. He ordered a watch which came and went three times because it did not work and then they had the cheek to take his airmiles away when he tried to choose a different one. He has after much emailing got them back.
I would miss Tesco's Clubcard as I get my petrol there as well, and Nectar. I only usually remember the Nectar card if asked for it, but it's linked to British Gas bills and I can spend the points on eBay which I like doing. The Bon Marche one is useful for the odd £5 off.
I flash my Boots card when I buy from there and Nectar in Sainsburys, they both accumulate quite quickly and I also have a Superdrug card, but no benefits from it as yet. I keep forgetting to register for a Sparks card!
I regularly use my Nectar card, when shopping in Sainsbury and, like Frazz, I get Nectar points from British Gas for having my gas and electricity supplied by them. I also complete surveys to earn more Nectar points. I used to collect, and redeem, the points in Homebase, but now that my local one has closed down (and has been replaced by a gigantic B&M) I tend to save up the points and redeem them for food or 'treats' in Sainsbury.
I do have several loyalty cards (Boots, Subway , Tesco, Gardening Club, to name a few) but the only other one, on which I collect points regularly, is a Texaco Star rewards one. Obviously, with the amount of miles I do travelling 'Ooop North' the points soon add up and they can be redeemed for a voucher for petrol, which means that I'm able to get quite a bit off the price of a tankful.
I used to get quite a lot back on Nectar when we shopped at Sainsbury, I don't shop at Tesco anymore either, but fill up there and convert to points to Avios.
No. I am drowning in various Jo Malone perfumes. That's something I never thought I would say but the family and my boss have spoilt me on the last couple of birthdays. I will think of something to spend it on never fear.
