My Vibration Plate has been making some strange noises of late and has actually run away with me at speed on one occasion. Mr FP reckons it is a loose wire but has been otherwise occupied for repairing. It is well out of guarantee. I am hoping it limps along for a while longer like me as it definitely gives me the exercise my arthritis needs on a daily basis.
What make is it FP, I would have a search on the internet to see if anyone else has sorted this problem themselves. I very often put sketchy descriptions into Google and get the answer I need

Good name Lily! How do you use yours? I stand, sit and kneel on mine for my regime. It was a bit hesitant to get going this morning but I soon flicked it into submission! I feel I can eat and drink fearlessly today now.
FP - I usually stand/sit on (watch IW for ideas) on mine. I do not use too high a level as it shakes the bejeebers out of you. Legs, arms toned up and back bra bulges! gone.
Have had to return it due to machine going noisy (motor apparently) and Reviber are brilliant on customer care. Vibrate away FP ...........

Snarly, check with your Doctor that it is safe for you. Lily is right you do shake about. I only go on the medium speed nowadays. I do a version of the yoga exercise ' The Cat' which is good for your back and knees.
I notice Reviber have a new model out which is slightly smaller than mine. IW do not point out how heavy the machines are - you will need help to manoeuvre it into position.
Today I went a bit mad for about 30 seconds and used a really high setting - did you see me circuiting the world whoa ...
I recommend the Reviber make - they come with a 5 year guarantee and 2 years for the motor, and CS is excellent. I would shop around for prices though ...
I see others wanted to join the Vibrator Club but I am sure not for the right reasons :(
