Not a very statistically significant sample size (alliteration alert!).
I suspect this is a load of tosh somehow - as most of these sorts of things usually are! My Nan, mother and myself all love(d) lavender so I suspect it was used around me from an early age............ Ah, that might explain a lot......
The boys used to have lavender drops under their pillows at night to 'help them go to sleep' and they had no untoward growth!
They started doing the TSV launch at 9 pm a few weeks ago (like Ideal World do.) They then have it again at midnight.
The ridiculous thing is that it's a TODAY'S special value, but they often release them for sale a few days earlier the the official launch day. It wreaks of desperation to me. The Trustpilot reviews about QVC are dreadful, as are a lot of posts on their FB page which I read as a guest. I think that QVC are beginning to suffer because of Amazon and the like. With some of their practices, they are archaic. The one saving grace is the 30 day mgb.
They look really good. The first time I met Nellie, 4 or 5 years ago, I was wearing a pair of Markon boots from QVC, I had had them for years, they were excellent. She had to remind me of the name of the brand as they no longer stocked them.I have just put them in the charity bag. They still look good but I have others now.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
I think you were wearing your blingy biker boots last year Cass.
Not sure I agree that the TSV are an outrageous price - they are stylish and appear to be very soft, supple leather. I remember paying over £80 for a pair of Clarks knee high boots in the early 1970s which must have represented a huge percentage of my weekly wage.
Edit - just found these comparable boots from Clarks, same sort of price.
