Umm, not a lot sadly. Last night we ate out at a pub in town which served me the best fish 'n' chips I've tasted in ages, while tonight we did the healthy option and had a boxed salad (chicken and bacon) each from Aldi. I've just had a couple of extra hot bhajis from Morrissons if that counts.
It was to be stew and dumplings with steamed treacle sponge and custard for pudding, but due to the adverse weather, I've boiled some new potatoes to have with a pork pie and some salad.
Mrs M made me stop at a Lincolnshire farm shop yesterday, whereupon I bought two home made sausage rolls for a reasonable £1.50. They were excellent. She meanwhile bought a pound of these spuds that had been growing 20 minutes earlier. You pay for all the muck on them too. Add on 8 sausages for £4.70, her bill came to around £7.90.
I have been following the Keto eating plan for the last 2 weeks and I have to say that I feel fantastic. I wasn't trying to lose weight but have dropped 5lb in 2 weeks, I will avoid any further weight loss by upping the gym routine (heavier weights). I know that seems odd but thats the way it is
I have more energy, zero bloating even after eating and all in all a much better version of myself
This brings me to the cooking, Keto relies on almost zero carbs and very little sugar so I will be spending my time making Keto friendly snacks (known as fat bombs) that boost the protein and fat you take in
