That’s why I prefer Dancing on Ice to Strictly because they use the proper tracks by the proper artists, rather than having a band ruining the original.

It’s one of the best bits when Dave Arch is on! I am assuming that the music is live because it needs to be adapted to the dance which is being performed whereas in skating the performers fit their moves to the track.
