I watched this on Channel 4 this evening. It's a documentary looking into evidence discovered by Phillipa Langley, the professor who found Richard III in the car park, which challenges that Henry VII had the two Prince's in the Tower of London killed. I found it really interesting and if proven it'll re-write history
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
I watched it as well Diamond Diva (I had to wrestle the handset out of Himself's hands as he wanted to watch Blondie on BBC2). It was fascinating, a compelling viewpoint, but I am not convinced just yet. What has always intrigued me is the discovery of the bones of two children found beneath a staircase at the Tower of London. This was during the demolition of what remained of the royal palace near the White Tower during the reign of King Charles II . They were actually found in a wooden chest. The bones were examined in 1933 & it was confirmed that the remains belonged to two children. No DNA back then & requests to forensically examine the bones again were refused by the late Queen.
Historian Lady Antonia Fraser calls on King Charles to allow DNA testing of bones in Westminster Abbey which could be those of the princes in the Tower - Edward V and his brother Richard. The Queen had said, "Absolutely not" but Charles was more open to the idea

I got some ‘free’ audios as a member of Audio before we went on holiday and Alexandra Walsh’s ‘The Catherine Howard Conspiracy’ revolves around a theory that a shadowy government agency destroys documents found that might change our view on history and references Richard III in the plot line. Not finished it yet but definitely worth a read if you think those Tudors could throw shade!
