1 pound cod fillets cut into serving sized pieces, washed and well dried
5 Tblsps. Melted butter, divided
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbls. Fresh parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. each; salt, pepper, paprika
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Coat all sides of fish fillets in 4 Tblsps. butter. Place in baking dish. Combine crumbs, parsley and spices with 1 Tblsp. Butter and mix well. Sprinkle over cod fillets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until fish flakes evenly with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
