The staff are disinterested, bored and bordering on hostile. I only go in there because I like their shoes & boots & 24 hates it.

I have found M&S worse gradually but BHS I think is more overpriced than outdated. I think there is good and bad wherever you go, it's generalising, probably there will be a grumpy Lush assistant somewhere. Do you want me to go to our local one and record it later?
