Last month on Prime Day, Amazon did not honour orders through their mistake on a smartphone. My opinion is that Mothercare should because it is their error, they are responsible and it isn't like they would go out of business if they did?
Reading the article, it's obvious people knew it was a mistake, and were just trying to take advantage, one even commenting that they didn't even have a child, so they were obviously going to try and sell it on for a huge profit. I'm surprised that people are surprised they didn't honour the mistake.
