Estate agent calendar shows most bizarre real-life listings
If you were searching for a new home, these pictures from real-life listings might not convince you to splash the cash - but they would give you a good laugh.
The snaps - which range from hilarious to truly bizarre - are just some of the latest images from the Terrible Real Estate Agent Photos series.
Poor property picture tsar Andy Donaldson's amazing collection of jaw-dropping property pictures has gone from strength-to-strength.
For 2016, fans of Andy's site www.terriblerealestateagentphotos.com can get their hands on a calendar of his best snaps to adorn the walls of their own home.
Andy, 40, a digital media manager, from Aberdeen, came up with the idea after he came across awful images while he was hunting for a new flat in London in 2013.

And what started off as a joke soon became a viral sensation after Andy started sharing the images on Tumblr, drawing in around 100,000 hits a day.
Since then he's produced calendars and books and has had interest in Germany, USA and Canada.
Andy said bizarrely some of his biggest fans are not actually the potential house buyers.
He said: "The blog continues to attract 100s of submissions and it is particularly popular with estate agents themselves, here and in the US.
"To begin with I spent a few hours a week searching for funny or bad images for the blog, but since it went viral I am now sent pictures from all over the world.
"I get up to around 100 new images each week - and I have more than 2,000 great images saved for publication.
"The photos I am sent come from websites all over the world - from the UK, US, Canada, across Europe, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan and even Kazakhstan.
"But if an agent wants to complain about their photograph being used on my website, they would have to admit that it was their photograph, and I think the estate agents prefer to remain anonymous."
