Why are QVC so slow off the mark? Anywhere else I order something online I get an almost instant email from the company acknowledging the order but not with Le Q. The only way you can tell they are actually aware of an order is to go into your account and see the 'in process' status and that can go on for days as well! It is about time they smartened up- they are keen enough to remove money, even when advanced orders stuff is not in stock I have read on another forum. Their IT needs shaking up!
( Just been ordering a Mally eye palette - had to go to the US site to see it demoed!).
They are diabolical. Orders sit in process for 2 or so days and take over a week to get over here when they are finally despatched.
The only thing I order from them is the propolis gel for 25 and I would not order anything else. Our orders from Amazon, Asos etc are sent out either the same day or the day after and get here pretty quickly. At Christmas I ordered a Crystal Palace shirt from their website for OH and that got here in 2 days!
