I have just had an email reminder from them telling me that Liv,. It depends on your definition of fashion.
Just read the description of the TSV - 'More than just a pretty bag - to shield you from potential ID theft of your credit cards, travel cards, passports and more, this bag has built-in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) protection in the credit card slots to guard against readers and scanners'. Does it also contain a crocodile to snap off the fingers of any pickpocket ?
I bought a Tigna........bag last year. Thought about it for a bit as I wasn't too sure about keeping the bag. But am pleased I did as it suits me very well, being cross body, not bulky and zipped compartments for the few odds and sods I put in it. (I don't do large heavy bags any more Lol). I see they've put up the 'Introductory Price'! Attachment Deleted
Thanks Nellie, yes I did get it in that colour, nice and neutral for me but with some black edging. An excellent price for your lovely bag from TKM, I recall they had a great selection of bags when I used to visit that store. I keep forgetting they're online as well.
I still have a passion for totes...god knows why!!...and I saw my dream Mulberry bag in their winter sale....but the price was still too rich for me...and my conscience.
I like a tote bag when I'm not shopping or walking far. Friends of ours lived in Bangkok for several years and bought me a knock-off Mulberry tote (one of the most popular/common shapes) in black and I used it every day when going to the office. I then found a dark cherry coloured one - absolutely identical - in a charity shop for £5.
I've shown them to a Mulberry aficionado who reckons the leather, hardware and labels are spot on but the inferior checked lining fabric would give them away.
My all time favourite bag would have to be a Kelly bag. I have a mahoosive Italian one in exquisite black leather that belonged to my mother, a navy leather mock croc from T.M. Lewin (50% off) and a very, very nice grey faux leather mock croc one from a TOWIE-type shop for £10 (reduced from £50 because of an imperceptible graze on its bottom)!
