Snarly's ordered one, thank you. *mwah* My muscle spasm's lasted nine days now with painkillers etc and I haven't left the house once as I couldn't drive. Hoping this will provide some relief. And I noticed it contains Canuck water too.
Indeed it does Snarly, some of the pure stuff from British Columbia.
Hope it gives you both some respite and comfort. I'm down to my last couple of squirts from the bottle so have done another order today.

Thank you Sacha. Been swimming today trying to keep that ankle moving!

It arrived about 4 o'clock. When I went out to the dentist at about 3 I had to put shoes on and my foot began to hurt so I had to use my stick to walk from the car to the dentist's. After an immediate application on its arrival I have had some relief and am walking normally around the house so it's fingers crossed Sacha . I do like the smell. Just to walk normally for an hour or so is a bonus at the moment.
I knew somebody had recommended Dynamint over at the other place, but I couldn't remember who! I bought some immediately after that mention - a small bottle of lotion - and then OH bought me a large spray bottle for those hard to reach areas. That's most of me sometimes!! I have to admit that I'm not convinced about its efficacy on my back and neck but the smell is refreshing and sometimes that will be enough to at least make me feel better!
However, last week I had that itchy feeling in my nose and throat where you know a cold is starting. That is usually all I get - 24 hrs of that and gone. Occasionally though I get bunged up sinuses and then I get puffiness and massive jaw ache and aching teeth. I feel 'bruised' from my chin up to my cheekbones and into my ears and can barely open my mouth. It is really hard to get rid of, but this time I tried the Dynamint. I rubbed it all round my jawline and round my ears at bedtime. It made my eyes water like mad but it eased the pain and helped the sinuses. Result!!

Glad to hear that EB. Strapped on the nine magnet pad before bed last night and the ankle has been OK today. It's supposed to be for your back but I can wrap it right round and it doesn't fall off. I agree about the refreshing aspect of the Dynamint. It does lift your spirits.
The company I bought the Comfrey from keep asking through Amazon for a review but I don't want to say it hasn't worked for me. Better to keep quiet.
Can I ask how you ladies are faring with the Dynamint if you have used it again after the initial application.
I read your last post with interest EB, about the sinuses creating pain and discomfort in your jaw, cheek and teeth. I have a bit of that atm, am a bit bunged up on the left side, so will try your recommendation. I rubbed some on my neck and shoulder earlier which was helpful.
As I said, it doesn't really work on my back or neck but it helps with stiff muscles where I have had spasms and so on. It definitely helped with the sinuses. About 4 years ago I had a period of about 18 months where I had the sinus/jaw/tooth pain every couple of weeks. It drove me absolutely spare - how I wish I had known about Dynamint back then!!!
Just watch your eyes Sacha - the fumes really will affect them!! For me it was a small price to pay, hope it helps you!
