Cucumber and melon are about the only things that Rosie won't eat - garbage disposal on legs she is!
Mr EB bought a load of asparagus from Tesco reduced section and, as I love the stuff, I ate shed loads over the course of a couple of days. Couldn't figure out what was going on at first - thought maybe the drains were backing up! - then I twigged. Yikes!!
Alfie will eat any vegetables going, cooked or raw. He even eats the little bit of the broad beans that attaches them to the pod! They often flip on the floor when I'm podding them. Gone in seconds.
Alfie is a dustbin. There is very little he won't eat I'm afraid but I try to make him to stick to meat and veggies as I don't think anything sugary is good for him. But if I drop a biscuit crumb or a sliver of chocolate or there's a lock of prawn curry or ice cream left on a plate the boy is in like Flynn!
If you drop a pill in this house the first thing you do is pick up Alf then you look for the pill lol. He's had an antihistamine pill the once but was none the worse for it.
