I can't eat raw celery. It is one of the triggers for my migraines but I don't mind it cooked. No idea why one would trigger it and the other not.
I'm a huge fan of veggies. There are very I don't eat. Not keen on chicory and I'm not best friends with Jerusalem artichokes either ... taste of bugger all really so I can eat them.
I eat lots of beetroot, radishes and cucumber. Homegrown mainly but not exclusively.
