A big to both these companies who have enabled me to recover my lost digikits, my Designer Edition Silhouette Software and my Silhouette cutting library after my attempt to upgrade to Windows 10. Their Support Teams (Daisy Trail in Nottingham and Silhouette in the US) are fab and I have even managed to make sure that I have my digikit downloads safely saved on a flash drive.
That's good FP - must have been a few choice words flying around when you thought you had lost them! I don't recall having any problems like that when I upgraded to Windows 10 though. I notice you said 'attempt to upgrade' - did it not go so well or something? Have I missed a thread elsewhere?
