As Y's picture says, the only shooting that is acceptable is done with a camera.
When we drove through the Canadian Rockies, it was lovely to see people stopping their cars and enjoying taking pictures of any local animals including the brown bears....at a safe distance of course!
When a young Inuit hunter took aim with his rifle he thought he had spotted a polar bear or an Arctic fox on the crest of a snow-covered hill in northern Canada.
So he shot it.
Then the article starts harping on about global warming, rather than the trigger happy bastards going round shooting bears. Unbelievable!
Global warming is a concern, but surely it's a good thing if polar bears are heading south and mating with grizzlies? Yes I know it creates a hybrid, but surely that's better than them dying out altogether?
