How's the cat food hunt going Liv? Sains have the Encore tins that Harvey loves in a 12 multipack for a tenner. Pricey I know but as he only eats half a tin at a time, and I alternate it with the Whiskas soupy one, its affordable. And he eats every single sliver of the Encore. He does leave some of the Whiskas but not much and again only has half a pouch at each meal.
He's on the prawns tonight though. Late birthday treat. He'll be doing cartwheels.
On-going @tinkerbelle. The Tesco 'Feline Cuisine' is going down very well. The pulled chicken with shredded duck in sauce is a bit orange mind. This is supplemented with Purina dried food ... And various other tasties from the fridge. Two boxes of AVA cat food is going back to Pets@Home when I can get myself up & running today. She licked all the gravy and left the "meat" which quite honestly looks like Soya to me despite the ingredients claiming a high meat content. I'm sure the nice man who I nabbed in Pets&Home will be pleased to see me again though. I got him to pass down he boxes stacked on the third shelf up and before long I had him reading out the ingredients to me. He assured me that if Ruby didn't like it I could return the boxes even if they had been opened. I think 'we' (me & my PAH boy) need to look at Encore, Applaws and Nature's Menu next
Ruby swayed and almost went into a dead faint when I held a tin of Encore tuna & shrimp in front of her nose. I had to get it out of the tin and into her dish quick-smart I can tell you! She's sleeping it off now Attachment Deleted
Sends Harvey the same way! It is the only tinned/wet cat food where he literally eats every scrap. The only thing the comes vaguely close is coley or prawns.
