Faux Tan?

I remember once asking my mum if she had any suncream. Yes she said and came downstairs dusting off a bottle that came out of the bloody ark! I passed. And sent her a new bottle every summer after that.

After she died I was helping my dad tidy out things. Found a few bottles of suntan lotion I'd sent her. And that bottle out of the bloody ark!!

In her defence I never remember my mum getting burnt but neither do I remember her ever sitting in the sun.
