Would I lie!? Of course he did @lewis . He said he wanted them again -soon! That is permitted because it's a straightforward Popty Ping. It's when it's a Popty Ping PooH -curries, chili etc- that I'm not so keen.
Managed a lovely quick pud last night, pretty much from leftovers. Sliced up the remains of the Christmas panettone and layered it up in a dish with a carton of fresh custard. Bashed up a few leftover plain chocolate discs from a box of chocs and tucked those in between the layers. Cooked for 30 minutes on gas mark 6. Quick and easy cheats bread and butter pud!
Good work @tinkerbelle, I like a quick cheat when it comes to my cooking. Aunt Bessy has a bread and butter pudding you can lob in the microwave for two minutes.
For our dinner tonight, I'm hoping to provide a delicious melt in the mouth pizza.
You will need: One loaf of bread Two bananas (reasonably straight EU ones)
Method: Take loaf of bread and bore a hole through it end to end. Shove one banana through bored hole. Decorate loaf by slicing second banana (tricky that bit) and placing slices on top of crust, use a drop of honey or glue to adhere if required.
