I suppose they're going along the idea of chocolate covered bacon, which is a known combination. But as I've eaten no cakes, biscuits, chocolates etc since mid-November, their new innovation will pass me by.
Have I missed something Toril? Why are you foregoing cakes, biscuits and chocolate?
I decided to cut out snacking in between meals, once I knew I needed a knee replacement, because I thought 'less of me' would mean less stress on the knee. I certainly didn't think that I 'snacked' that much though, but I've lost a stone in weight since mid-November and the pain is better ............. although that could also be due to the fact that I'm wearing a strong support strapping with metal supports in it. And every pound helps especially as exercise isn't an option at the moment.
And I caught some of the Loose Women programme today and they were sampling the marmite/chocolate 'delight.'
Thanks. It wasn't really intentional but it shows what 'extras' I must have been eating especially as I'm not exercising at the moment. Now it's just three healthy meals a day (for a change ) and no snacking in between.
