If I'm in town I do occasionally buy something from M&S, but I'm not a huge fan. The odd time I fancy a treat or want something special I prefer Waitrose, plus their basics are in line with other supermarkets, not to mention their extra large fresh fish fingers for £1 each.
I don’t order my shopping online at all, so that’s a third person who won’t be vying for a delivery slot.
I do shop in the M&S food hall, but only when I have a gift card to spend in there and then I only pop in for the odd treat. I’ve got a £50 gift card sitting in my purse at the moment but I’m waiting until I get a “craving.” 😉

I am thinking if we get the 5 mile ban again as I couldn’t visit the M&S Foodhalls near me. Sainsbury’s is also out again and we do not have Waitrose. Asda , Lidl and Tesco are out on the 5 mile ban but we have Aldi, Tesco Metro,Morrisons and the Co-op. Good thing Tesco renewed my delivery saver!
It's a good idea to be registered with a few places I think. If things kick off again this winter at least you have more chance of finding a slot with someone.
We alternate between Tesco and Sainsburys in the the main, but with Tesco now charging a flat £5.50 for delivery on any day at any hour, I going to try Morrisons for a change next month. Until they all follow Tesco's lead, I won't being using Tesco for delivery unless I have to now.

Tesco have their delivery deal up and running again a friend told me this morning. She decided that she didn’t fancy doing click and collect in midwinter if we get another countrywide lockdown.
No, I don't fancy that either, I'll look into the delivery passes available in the autumn. Only having a monthly delivery now as I prefer the C&C, it's actually easier packing for 3 people straight into the car.
