Along with many other dismayed customers, I have been lobbying Liz Earle - now under the auspices of the Walgreens Boots Alliance - to return to the original formula of the Instant Boost skin Tonic and Eyebright and to abandon the "new and improved" frothy, sticky replacements. It would appear, from their Facebook posts, as if they are.
There were a lot of moaning reviews on QVC website about the new formulations. I think they cocked-up big time doing that and hopefully will revert back to the original formula. I always think the so called improvements are really so they can use cheaper ingredients thereby saving them money.
Quite a few companies have changed their original product and faffed about with the ingredients or included new fragrances. Gatineau changed Floricil but, after a lot of complaints from customers, went back to the original formulation.
