Hopefully a result for customer power!

Along with many other dismayed customers, I have been lobbying Liz Earle - now under the auspices of the Walgreens Boots Alliance - to return to the original formula of the Instant Boost skin Tonic and Eyebright and to abandon the "new and improved" frothy, sticky replacements. It would appear, from their Facebook posts, as if they are.

And me.

Quite a few companies have changed their original product and faffed about with the ingredients or included new fragrances. Gatineau changed Floricil but, after a lot of complaints from customers, went back to the original formulation.

But charge the same or more …

No doubt I will get another comment from Mr M - starting a sentence with but.
