Im a bit confused as to what the actual message is TBH
The strap line is “Let life happen” but what does that mean in this instance
If that sort of wanton destruction happened then no insurance company on earth would pay out so perhaps its their attempt at being woke by saying let life happen and if your 10 year old boy wants to wear make up and your best frock and shoes so be it
Ive no problem with people being whatever they want to be but does this represent what the product is about or are they just jumping on the band wagon, any thoughts

John Lewis have now pulled the advert. It’s not because of the little lad wearing his mum’s clothes or make up. It’s because they’ve received over 300 complaints from viewers saying that their insurance company would never pay out for deliberate damage like that and so it’s misleading. I thought it was a ridiculous advert anyway, apart from the music, so I won’t miss it.
