He is lovely. Cats don't like being told they can't go out.
I rescued a rabbit from Itchy one afternoon and bundled her in the back door. The rabbit escaped down the drive and she jumped on the windowsill and howled. Then she kept howling at me to let her out!
Wel I've never seen them before Nellie but I think you could be right. His ears did look like that. Funny ears and a moniker like Kanye, no wonder he's argumentative lol.
My Millie is the same, the only time she stays in at night is if it is really cold. She likes to sleep on the doormat outside in the porch. Boots stays in quite happily and is still sleeping next to me despite the warmer weather. I think he likes the fan being on. 1sm222thirst_hot
I've always let my cats come and go as they please. I can't imagine what would happen if Harvey wasn't allowed out. Mind you, he can shoulder his way out of the locked cat flap anyway. The only rooms I can shut him in are the bedrooms or the bathroom as they open inwards. If he's in the hall and wants into the lounge, he just hurls himself at the door until he rattles it so hard the catch opens!!
Alf would just give up. Nothing was worth that much effort.

Same here Frazz, Harvey is like a heat seeking missile. He sleeps on my side most nights for a while then sleeps next to me. I have the window open at night from about March onwards otherwise I would boil.
