Actually there was one funny moment when a man in the crowd at Windsor held up his evidently re-worked flag which read: "That Penny Mordaunt can handle my sword any day".
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
I watched from beginning to end (apart from several breaks - too much coffee! ) and enjoyed it very much. Charles looked quite frail at times. It could be all the emotion but my money is on another coronation within 15 years or so. Sorry Charlie. I thought young Penny did a great job with her swords and I loved her outfit. Thought the gospel bit was a nice touch but they could have picked a better group. Overall though it was a jolly good spectacle. Nobody does pageantry like what we do!
As for the concert it was a bit underwhelming. Lionel looked awful and his voice is going big time. It's about time Miss Piggy was made into bacon butties - a pointless segment. The gig was also very, very short!
I loved the blue whale, and it was wonderful to see the blind young girl pianist there. Strange not hearing jets roaring over, perhaps Heathrow closed for a couple of hours lol!

I didn’t take a picture as it’s looking rather bedraggled- the receptionist told me that just after it was placed some pi****k threw it onto the road where it was run over but then FB came to the rescue and it was put safely back. I am not the only one who takes pictures as the box is right outside the dentist’s and the receptionist often sees people snapping away ( it’s close to the road that leads up to Holcombe Hill ) and admitted she takes photos of the hats too. It ‘s the King and Queen on a Union Jack and before the dethroning and rain Camilla’s knitted hair was just like Queen Camilla’s with flick ups.
