I'm just coming out the other side of a fairly minor bout of acne. It happens every now and then and I get stuff from the doc and it devils off. I don't change my skin are routine unless its really bad and those days have gone.
Its got a pleasant citrus smell and you really only need one pump. Use any more and it has a slightly sticky texture on the skin for a while.
Can't say I've seen any miraculous change BUT my skin is really soft and I do think it had speeded up the buggering off of the acne. The acne was 100% on its way out so I can't claim miracles but even so. It'll be interesting to keep using it. I hope any minor scarring will be tackled head on.
Nice product. Not expensive but not shirt buttons either. However only using one pump a day means it will last a long time.

On 3 for 2 at the moment! I bought up the whole stock of the Boots Botanic Skin Wipes from my local Boots yesterday as I thought they were discontinued and I found 6 packs in the 3 for 2. They are ideal for travelling or going to the gym or those nights when you just want to crawl into bed.
Glad to read you've got results Tinks. I see it has 4% glycolic acid, the one I'm using has 8% & I use it morning & night. I can honestly say that it's up there at the top of the list with the best products I've ever found.
Yes I remember reading that Min. I decided to go for a fairly lightweight option for now. Most of my skin is like rhino hide and would be fine but the two patches either side of my chin (where the acne is/was) might be a bit more ticklish. Once they've cleared up and have been gone for a few weeks/months I might try a higher solution. I've used full on glycolic peels in the past but I'm building myself up.
I'm sure a higher solution would have more of an overall effect. I'm happy with what its doing for now though. There has been a real improvement on the acne ridden skin which is what I wanted at this stage.
Could the micellar water have triggered your recent skin probs, Tinks?
I've been using it for the past few weeks as it's been more convenient than my usual Spit and Polish but I've noticed that my cheeks are showing signs of the dreaded rosacea.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
Very wise Tinks. We get to a point when we all know the skin we live in and what suits us best. New products are rare for me these days & I was nervous at using it at first & built up slowly.

I'm not sure anything triggers the darned stuff Nellie and its been around for about 6 months so well before I started using the micellar water. Its just something that happens. It arrived about 7 or 8 years ago and was bad for quite a well. Now it just comes and goes. Its never awful and it can last for anything upwards of 3 or 4 months. I can get antibiotics from the doc for it but I don't bother unless its hellish. I do have a cream for it.
I've mentioned this before but I have the same cream for my acne as Alf has for his flea bite dermatitis lol.
Ultrasun will be launching its overnight Summer Skin Recovery Mask in April on QVC. I'm quite interested in this as I get on well with Ultrasun. The gel mask claims to reduce sun damage in cells by up to 40%. It will be available from Marks & Spencer a month later, from May 13th.
I am not tied to any one product line but lately I have been using the items purchased at The Body Shop. They guarantee that their products have not been tested on animals.
I have seen the adverts for it. Did they choose the shade for you or did you already know which one you wanted gibby?
they chose the shade , i am not good at matching my skin tone. it really is as easy and good as the adverts say, it covers so lightly that you can wear for every day and for evenings out if you want more coverage you can apply more. it will last for ages as well because the applicator puts on just the right amount,
