I do wear make up but I like it to look really natural. I wear mascara, eye liner, a bit of foundation and blusher and that's my lot. Maybe a bit of lip gloss once in a while. I don't chop and change colours or brands. I have one eye liner and one blusher.
I do really need to pencil in my eyebrows a bit. The list is getting longer lol.
I'm not one for adding colour really.
Most long standing members here have seen my pics. I'm a very dark brunette with chubby cheeks and dark eyes. Colours or too much make up looks daft on me.
Purple eyeshadow makes me look like Ive done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson
The Clinique rep tried to persuade me to try green eyeshadow once. I tried that in my teens & my mother took one look and told me I reminded her of a relative who was laid out before burial in the parlour. The pennies on his eyes (to keep them closed) had turned the lids that shade of green! I can't look at green eye shadow without recalling that tale.
The only thing I make sure I am wearing on my face these days is sunscreen, day in day out.
I was watching an hour of Liz Earle yesterday and her very amiable brand ambassador Caroline Archer. I was almost tempted by their package offer, but with hefty postage. So...I took a look at the LE website and saw a couple of products that tempt me, one being the Cleanse and Polish with free delivery until midnight.
All new to me, but meanwhile I do have 200mls of Elemis Pro-Radiance cleanser to be started!
Hope you like the Spit and Polish, Sacha. I love it but have been using Micellar water for the past few weeks and the old rosacea has reared its ugly head again.
Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
