Great pictures AF, looks really interesting. I've been to the Brighton one a few times which is quite good.
Toril is going to love the Iguana!
See the Iguana Frazz - he was low down first but then climbed up onto that log to bask under the lights, I had to lean right forward to capture that one hoping not to drop my camera into its home!
Seahorses are my favourites but I was disappointed out of three photos only one came out and you can hardly recognise it as a seahorse it is so small. I ought to have zoomed in closer. It is one reason I might pay again and go back to retake the seahorses and also to photograph the otters. Watch this space!
That reminded me of a beautiful number called 'Otterley' by Cocteau Twins. Let this wash over you (anyone that is, not just you Nellie)
I once made the mistake of telling a friend how much I like seahorses and she bought me a present back from California - a dead, skeletal seahorse set in perspex as a pendant......a kind thought but not exactly how I like to see them!
Now I see why Toril, you have an Iguana in your avatar! Can you hold Iguanas? I like snakes myself and I have had a 20ft python around my neck, totally no fear of snakes where I am scared stiff of spiders.
I have a Nikon L830, this is a bridge camera that is a stepping stone between compact and SLR. It has 24x optical zoom and 20MP resolution but no matter what you use, conditions and lighting are everything.
