Grandma's Ham Salad Recipe sounds super delicious! I had seen it at Nom Photo App for food and cooking too but didn’t tried it at that time but will go for it this time. Hoping that will be able to make it properly.
I finished off the last bit in a sandwich today. I thought I had it well hidden at the back of the fridge, but judging by how much was left in the jar, it had been discovered & enjoyed. No one is fessing up to the theft.
It's the American way of cooking isn't it? I have some Joanna Fluke audio murder stories where she gives a recipe at the end of each chapter and the measures are given in cups.

I wouldn't have minded the fish paste. Used to be able to buy Sutherland's salmon spread, loose, from a large tub. It was weighed out and wrapped in a bit of greaseproof paper and it was absolutely delicious. They still sell it but it now comes encased in a plastic sausage type jacket and tastes bland and plastic-y.They also did a beef spread which was excellent, too.
