Dare I ask how the 'no smoking' exercise is progressing? SIL has been using those e-cigarettes since January. I am not sure if they help you break the habit, it's pretend smoking really ...
Not too good lily I'm afraid. Perhaps up & down would be a better description. I had 'an incident' while visiting London last Wednesday that traumatised me. Got back on track and today baby A (13 months) brought her doting grandparents here for a visit. I told her to leave Meg alone!
Oh Liv, I hope you have got over your trauma (travelling to London would be enough for me) and that Meg is OK - a 13 month old can be quite 'rough' with pets ... dancing cat

How is your toe today Lily? Sounds like you might get e-cigs through the NHS Mim. Do these e-cigs lead to you stopping the action completely or do you keep on with e-cigs indefinitely?
I haven't had a real cigarette for about six years thanks to ecigs. The only time I use it now is if I have a G&T! I have the 0% nicotine liquid and a small bottle lasts me for years. It has to be better than my previous 20 a day habit.
My ex was a heavy smoker, 40 a day since he was a teenager.
I thought he would never ever give it up, and with the cough he had, was pretty sure it was going to kill him. Then suddenly 15 months ago he decided to do it with help of his doctor. I wouldn't suggest throwing yourself down the stairs, but he had a lengthy stay in hospital not long after giving up which obviously helped, but he has stuck to it. He looks so much younger and admits he feels better for it. I feel really proud of him, just hope he never goes back to it.
