Just looked at a link on another forum that leads you to a link of dissatisfied American customers or ex customers. Not the same problem as you had Itchy but interesting reading as they are talking about poorer quality, used goods being sent out as new etc.

Yes, I read that FP. They do things quite differently over there don't they? It seems that they have a Q credit card which seems to cause no end of problems and a lot of people losing track of their easy payments and having debt collectors at their door.

I thought you would be amused by this Itchy- ordered something from Le Q and got the despatch email but when I clicked on the link that sends you to Hermes tracking it says :

QVC have refunded me for the Alpha H that I never received. I notice that they have not closed my account though! I will get on to them again. If I don't have the account I won't be tempted to order anything.
