I don't know why I buy anything from them really, I was just too lazy to shop around. On 2nd May I ordered some SBC Gels - Collagen and ACE gels. They were shipped on the 3rd May and wherever they are at the moment, it's not here.
I phoned Customer Service on Friday but they are worse than useless and don't give a fiddlers' either. They will send the famous 'form'. God knows when that will arrive and it then has to get back to them before they will refund the money. It was sent via Hermes but we don't have Hermes in this country so once it was on Irish soil it could have been passed to any courier. QVC said they can't track it or find out what happened to it. More likely they don't care! I should have ordered the stuff from Amazon who have always been first class and any problem I have had has been sorted out really quickly.
I have just had a look at the QVC section and seen I posted another rant a while ago about my dress from Q. Sorry for repeating myself. I am an impatient person and if I order something I like it to arrive fairly quickly. Also we have been ordering a few bits and bobs from Amazon lately and their stuff is so quick getting here I just don't see why other retailers can't match that service.

You are right to berate them Itchy if they do not compare well to other retailers. It isn't good enough. They can't even run a premium delivery if you want something in less than 5 days.
LOL! Try living here.We have to plan well in advance, if I get the parcel in 3 weeks, I feel really lucky. They are handed over to Hellas post which has no tracking. Sometimes the postman delivers them by leaving them on the wall at the bottom of our drive in view of all who pass. Other times, we find a ticket in the mailbox which tells us to collect from the PO, which closes at 1pm and is not open at weekends and there are always endless queues (I wonder why ). I have to say in fairness, that I have always found customer service to be extremely helpful.
Amazon parcels can be tracked as far as Greece then they are handed to nameless couriers who can't be tracked.Again, their CS is great but their stuff doesn't arrive any quicker than anyone else's.
Last week, Hubby noticed a little bit of blue plastic sticking out of a muddy drainage ditch nearby. We joked that it looked like a QVC bag.On a whim, he pulled it out. Dirty water pored from it and it was a top I had ordered last November. Fortunately, it was a Kim top which was good as new , once washed, they are indestructible!I had already been refunded by QVC, last year.It would have been left on the wall and blown into the ditch.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
Yes, love her or loathe her, those clothes are made to last! I sell my 18 year old Kim clothes on ebay for a very good price and none of them look tired or worn.

Their dispatch times are abysmal, it really isn't good enough these days and it's not as if their P&P is inexpensive or free. I rarely order from them but if I do it's usually three or four days before they email to say it's been sent and then another three or four days before it arrives, but I shall try and remember how lucky we are in view of the problems that Itchy and Cass have with parcels
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
Still no QVC items. Goodness knows where those boxes are, it's been 14 days since it was despatched.
25 ordered something from Amazon at the weekend. They emailed yesterday to say it was despatched and it was delivered today! Pretty good service I think.
