Katya has been away from home since yesterday evening and we are very worried about her now. If she is out overnight she usually comes in next morning. No sign of her and its wet , cold and miserable here. I've asked Boris where his sister is but he is much use as a chocolate teapot. Fingers crossed she has come to no harm.
Oh dear. I hope she comes home soon FP. I would be worried. I still remember borrowing 27's bike (when he was about 17) and cycling round the lanes looking for Itchy when she went missing.
Oh FP. What a worry. Harvey regularly disappears on me. I ought to be used to it but I'm not. Have another chat with Boris. He might know more than he's letting on.
Try and have a relaxing evening. The wee bugga will pop back in when you least expect it. Hope that is sooner rather than later though.
Ruby went AWOL not long after we let her outside after being confined to barracks for almost 6 weeks, so I understand your anxiety. Hopefully the thought of her food dish will bring her home soon.

Neither of them have been eating well in this hot weather so I hope someone else hasn't been encouraging her to leave home. I will make posters etc tomorrow, ring the local vets and check with neighbours who know her. It's complicated by the fact I can't walk well yet so doing the rounds will be tough. Mr FP will be golfing in the morning.I will get help in the afternoon.
Fingers crossed from me also that Katya returns home soon. Am I recalling correctly about a couple of years back, from a thread, that one of your furries disappeared for a while....was it Boris on that occasion?
Our Tig was in the habit of visiting all the old dears in the neighbourhood, all of whom fed the little sod, so he didn't want what he was given at home.
You know how curious most cats are and this time of the year people are in and out of their sheds, greenhouses and garages so it may be she's got shut in somewhere, ask your neighbours to check theirs to make sure
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
Don't give up FP. One of mine, Osca Pusca, disappeared for 6 whole weeks. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard her crying on the stairs one morning after I had given up all hope. She was back, perfectly happy and healthy and she never disappeared again.
Harvey has been AWOL for two or three days a few times. Fortunately for my nerves Alf never goes missing for more than a few hours.
