I had mixed it with the scooped out potato and a little mayo Nellie. The cheese was just on top for under the grill, it was very nice, nothing like a certain tuna and pasta dish someone made a while back . . .

Anyone finding their waistline is expanding during lockdown? Fortunately although we are eating well that is not happening. I have been keeping on my 16:8 pattern with no problem.
Nellie, I make rabbit stifado, which is what we get here and don't measure anything so I looked at recipes online to get an idea of what others use and found there is such a thing as beef stifado with loads of recipes for that.I had no idea. That set me wondering if this is what Paul has in mind - beef, as opposed to rabbit? I will happily send my recipe but I tend to just add stuff until it tastes the way we like it.
It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.
