I haven’t got a cat though, so the neighbouring hoard of cats can go and “play“ elsewhere as far as I’m concerned if they leave me little “presents.”
I’ve lived here for over 12 years and this is the first mouse I’ve seen so I guess that’s not too bad. I have had to bury a few birds and a squirrel though, not to mention a dead chicken. 😳 I assume a fox left that in my garden although heaven knows where it came from because no one round here has got any chickens. Our deeds state that keeping them is not allowed. (Unless it flew here and committed hari kari 😉)
The squabs were a week old yesterday, and what came out the 2 small eggs are now the size of blackbirds! No room in the nest anymore for mum (when I say nest, it's just a few sticks cobbled together).
I was getting a rake from my sisters shed today and managed to stick my head into an unseen spiders nest ball, I ended up with dozens of tiny spiders in my hair and hanging from my tee shirt, luckily I don't have a problem with them
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right, the only difference is they're wrong
