Not been a good day, she was extremely lethargic, and wouldn't eat. Worried us half to death, until I finally got her to have some yoghurt, which seemed to stimulate her palate, then she ate some chicken that I had to pretend I was eating.
I'm hoping it's the ABs that have been depressing her appetite, they're finished now, so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
She's been through an awful lot over the past week (as well as you Cog and Mr Cog) - The Princess has a huge adjustment to make and will have peaks and troughs. Another visit to the place which made her hurt (Vets) is enough to to give her the pip...
Poor lass has had a very traumatic time recently, as you all have. Recovering from major surgery is bound to have some ups and downs in the recovery period afterwards. Hope tomorrow will be better for you all. .
We've had a really good day today. She woke up and went to her bowl, so obviously had some appetite, and stuck her face in the bowl this afternoon and gobbled her chicken, then wanted some kibble. I'm really hoping we've turned a corner.
